Website and submission terms

Version 2026-10-30.1 · Updated October 30, 2026

These terms explain what Nano Flow Irrigation’s website tools and preliminary services provide, your rights in submitted material, and the limits that matter before making an irrigation decision.

Using the website and tools

These terms describe use of the Nano Flow Irrigation website, preliminary planning tools, and inquiry services. Where a form asks you to accept these terms, acceptance applies to that submission and service. Simply viewing a public page does not sign a pilot, confidentiality agreement, or purchase contract. You may save a copy of these terms.

What each service provides

Build a System and calculators: estimates depend on the inputs, units, component assumptions, and model limits shown. Save the inputs with the output so another reviewer can reproduce the scenario. A saved build or generated report is not an accepted order.

System reviews and diagnostics: submissions support screening and discussion of constraints. Supplying details does not establish that a site is suitable or that a review has been accepted for paid work.

CAD review and conversion: uploaded plans, traced geometry, preliminary layouts, and sample DXF files require checks of dimensions, scale, coordinates, elevations, boundaries, and existing utilities. A conversion cannot establish the accuracy of its source. Construction-ready deliverables, professional sign-off, and revision scope must be expressly included in the written engagement.

Saved work and sharing: protect account access and share reports only with intended recipients. Keep copies of records you need. Access to a shared file does not transfer ownership or grant permission to publish it.

Permitted customer activity

You may use public information for evaluation, operate lawfully purchased products as authorized, use authorized tracking tools, record measurements, and export your own records. These terms do not prohibit honest product evaluation or transfer ownership of your records to Nano Flow Irrigation. Respect access restrictions, applicable licenses, and other people’s rights. Do not bypass security or obtain another customer’s private records.

Ownership and confidentiality

Nano Flow Irrigation retains rights in its own original materials, designs, software, and methods. Suppliers and licensors retain their rights in their components and materials. You retain rights in your submissions and records and authorize only the processing needed to provide the requested service, secure it, and maintain relevant business records as described in the privacy notice.

Publicly disclosed information is not made secret by labeling it confidential. Restricted designs, manufacturing details, unreleased results, and research methods require appropriate access restrictions and a separate confidentiality agreement before disclosure. Do not upload third-party secrets without authorization. Joint developments and rights in project findings must be specified in a separate project agreement.

Your submissions and third-party material

Submit information and files only when you have permission to use and share them for the requested service. Identify uncertain measurements, missing units, estimated values, and source limitations. Tell us if a corrected input makes a previous result unreliable. Remove unrelated personal information before uploading.

The permission to process a submission is limited to providing the requested service, security, and relevant business records; it is not a blanket license to sell your drawings or publish your identity. Rights in third-party basemaps, software, supplier specifications, and components remain subject to their applicable terms.

Planning, measurement, and performance

Calculators and preliminary reports are models based on stated inputs and assumptions, not construction instructions or validated performance guarantees. Component benchmarks, field observations, simulations, and open research questions are different types of evidence. Confirm component identity, operating pressure, water quality, sample method, duration, locations, and conditions before comparing results.

A lower instantaneous flow rate does not by itself establish lower total water use. Applied volume depends on flow multiplied by operating time, emitter count, and operating conditions. Site-specific results require measurements. Drop-count conversions depend on assumed or calibrated drop volume.

Crop, equipment, and installation responsibilities

Obtain appropriate site-specific design and professional review before installation or changing irrigation. Check compatibility, filtration, pressure regulation, monitoring, and maintenance. Do not rely on an experimental tool or unvalidated configuration as the sole protection for crops or equipment. Stop an evaluation if leaks, pressure excursions, inadequate water delivery, equipment damage, or crop stress occur, and contact the project lead.

Product warranties, supplier responsibilities, installation duties, incident procedures, remedies, and allocation of crop and equipment risks belong in the signed project or sales agreement. These website terms do not replace those terms or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Inquiries, pilots, and purchases

Submitting an inquiry, application, plan, or file does not reserve inventory, enroll you in a paid pilot, place an order, or authorize a charge. Scope, deliverables, price, payment, cancellation, support, data rights, and any product commitments must be agreed separately before work or payment. Any signed project agreement should identify the contracting parties and resolve conflicts with these website terms.

AI-assisted intake

The public chat uses OpenAI to assist with general questions and intake. It is not a live-agent connection, professional advice, or a promise of a human reply. Messages and responses are recorded in the CRM for follow-up. Do not send confidential research, passwords, financial account details, or unnecessary personal information. Use the direct inquiry forms for contact details. AI output can be wrong and does not create product or project commitments.

Publication and updates

Identifiable customer case studies, testimonials, photographs, and publication of identifiable project findings require separate authorization. Participation alone is not that authorization. Future substantive terms changes will receive a new version; acceptance records identify the version presented. Contact ruttenberg@nanoflowirrigation.com with questions.

Scope changes, concerns, and document priority

A change to site, components, quantities, deliverables, or schedule may change a project’s feasibility and cost. Record agreed changes in writing before relying on a revised scope. A website estimate, chat reply, or preliminary drawing does not amend a signed agreement.

For a concern about a report, file, product, or service, contact Israel Ruttenberg at ruttenberg@nanoflowirrigation.com with the project reference and a description of the issue. Do not send unnecessary private information. If continued operation presents a crop or equipment risk, follow the project’s stop and response procedure rather than waiting for an email reply.

The applicable signed project or sales agreement governs its expressly agreed scope and commercial terms. These website terms govern website and preliminary intake use. Nothing here creates a product warranty, removes a mandatory legal remedy, or substitutes for a project-specific agreement.
