Our policies explain what happens to your irrigation plans and personal information, what our preliminary tools can establish, and what must be agreed before a project starts.
Your information and project records
Your contact details, drawings, site inputs, and measurements are used for the requested service and its supporting records. You retain rights in your submissions. Public chat uses AI and records the conversation; optional analytics and LinkedIn embeds are controlled through Privacy choices. Identifiable case studies require separate permission.

Planning tools and technical claims
Build a System, calculators, diagnostic outputs, and preliminary drawings support evaluation. They do not approve construction or guarantee water savings, crop performance, clog resistance, or equipment life. Results depend on the actual components, pressure, water quality, runtime, site conditions, and measurement method. Lower flow alone does not establish lower total water use.

Before work, payment, or confidential disclosure
An inquiry is not an order or paid pilot enrollment. A written engagement must establish scope, price, deliverables, responsibilities, and commercial terms. Pilots need a measurement protocol and stop conditions. Restricted information needs an appropriate confidentiality agreement before disclosure.
